This policy explains how Empostiza ("we") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you provide to sign in to Empostiza (e.g. email).
- Content you upload: videos, captions and scheduling settings.
- TikTok data, only after you authorize Empostiza via TikTok Login Kit.
2. TikTok data and scopes

user.info.stats | Follower/video counts, shown only to you in the dashboard (if enabled). |
video.upload | Upload your video to TikTok as a draft when you choose that option. |
video.publish | Publish your video directly to your TikTok profile when you click Publish or a scheduled time arrives. |
video.list | Read your recently posted videos to confirm a post was published and show its status (if enabled). |
TikTok data is used only to publish content you create to your own account and to display your account status to you. We do not sell, share, rent, or use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or training models, and we do not post without your explicit action.
3. Storage and security
Access tokens and content are stored on a self-hosted server with encrypted transport (HTTPS). Access is limited to the operator.
4. Retention
Access tokens are kept while your TikTok account is connected. Uploaded media and post records are kept until you delete them or disconnect. After disconnection or a deletion request, related TikTok data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Revocation and deletion
You can disconnect TikTok at any time from Empostiza's settings, or revoke access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. To request deletion of all your data, email contacto@empostiza.com.
6. Sharing
We share content only with the platform you choose to publish to (e.g. TikTok). No other third parties receive your data except as required by law.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
