These Terms govern your use of Empostiza ("the Service"), operated by Orion Vera, Mexico. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Empostiza lets you connect your own social media accounts, including TikTok, and create, schedule and publish your own content to them.
2. Your account and content
You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant Empostiza a limited license solely to store and transmit your content to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the law and with each platform's terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Third-party platforms
The Service uses official APIs (such as TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API). Empostiza is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Platform availability may change at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for spam, unlawful content, impersonation, or to circumvent platform rules or rate limits.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for failures of third-party platforms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above will reflect the latest version.
